Safe Use and Pre-Use Inspection of Harnesses
The Safety Harness Course will give candidates with the knowledge to inspect, fit and use harnesses and Lanyards safely and correctly whilst working at height.

Who Is This Course For:
Personnel who, as part of their operational duties, must carry out or supervise any projects when working at height which may involve the use of harnesses.
Intended Learning Objectives:
The course aims to provide delegates with basic theoretical and practical knowledge requires to effectively use fall arrest and restraint equipment and to carry out Pre-Use harness and Lanyard Inspections as required by current regulations.
Course Duration: 1/2 Day.
Delegate Numbers: Min 6 - Max 12.
Method: Lecture, practical and theory assessment.
PPE Required: Protective footwear, suitable head protection, suitable clothing, harness and gloves for the practical session.
Delegate Experience: All delegates MUST be physically fit and able to carry out any practical session during the Training Course.
Refreshments: Tea/Coffee.
Venue Requirements: Lecture Room or similar with Table and Chairs, provision to use Power Point, various Harnesses with Lanyards plus suitable safe area for practical session.
