Browns Response – We ordered Mr Hudson’s loft ladder from the manufacturers to be despatched on a ‘next working day’ service. Unfortunately the carrier did not deliver the ladder on time as they had misrouted the item. Browns found it very difficult to gain information from the manufacturers and carriers as to when this item was going to be delivered, which made the situation difficult as Mr. Hudson required information on his product. Eventually the Loft ladder was delivered a couple of days later.
