Considering the recent announcements from the Prime Minister and in order to consider our primary responsibility to the wellbeing of our staff, their families and our clients we have taken the decision to temporarily close our business with immediate effect.
We have endeavoured to remain operational through these difficult times in order to service our clients by ensuring as many of our staff work from home whilst our inspectors have operated on a reduced service. We have now decided that in the spirit of the Prime Minister’s address to reluctantly close completely to minimise the risks with spreading Covid-19. Initially we will close for a period of 3 weeks and will review the situation after that time.
Needless to say, we are keen to resume our operations and recommence trade with all our clients as soon as possible and we will keep you informed as to when this will occur as soon as we know. We recognise that our closure may disrupt your business and we can only apologise for this in advance.
Rest assured this closure is only temporary in order to safeguard the health and wellbeing of our staff and clients and will re-open as soon as we can.

Our website is still fully operational at this moment in time. Emails and phone calls to Browns Ladders will be monitored whilst we are temporarily closed and we will answer these where we can however, with manufacturers and suppliers also closing down this may affect availability and lead times on products ordered.
Any orders placed that are manufactured by Lyte Ladders, Chase Manufacturing, GPC Industries & Step N Store will be placed on back order as these manufacturers are now closed until further notice.
