ZARGES 101482 LOFTMASTER TELESCOPIC LOFT LADDER - FOR FLOOR TO FLOOR HEIGHTS BETWEEN 2.17M & 2.61M

Zarges Loftmaster Telescopic Loft Ladder is ideal for homes with limited vertical and horizontal clearance in the loft.

There are two models available, each adjust to three lengths for optimum usability
Manufactured in anodised aluminium with steel fixing brackets and fitments
Fitted with rubber feet for safety and protection
Telescopes down to a compact size and fits into the smallest of spaces
The loft hatch must be converted so that the door opens downwards
Permanently fitted in the loft
Allows loft hatch to close when stowed away
Very easy to operate and use.
Minimum hatch size: 0.51 Wide x 0.60mm Long
Maximum loading 150kg (including User & Tools)
Full 12 month warranty
