Browns Ladders is one of the UK’s leading ladder retailers, with over 70 years of history to our name.
First established in 1948 by Mr Clifford Brown, our business has grown steadily over the decades to become a highly-respected name in the UK market. Since 2007 we’ve have been running under the leadership of Barbara and Trevor Ginley.
We’re now focused on expanding our business even further so that we can continue providing outstanding products and service to you; our customers. We stock a wide range of access equipment including ladders, roof ladders, combi ladders, steps and hop up work platforms all available from our shop in Brierfield.
Our access equipment comes from leading manufacturers such as Lyte Ladders, Werner UK, Zarges UK, Henchmen, Klime-ezee, and Chase Manufacturing. We retail these products at competitive prices, ensuring that you can get the equipment you need without having to break the bank. Browns Ladders caters to numerous trades and industries, from construction to telecommunications, and many of our products are designed with homeowners in mind too.
At Browns, our business is more than just selling products. We employ highly-trained ladder inspectors to carry out comprehensive inspections, guaranteeing the safety of access equipment on-site. Our areas of expertise also cover the care and upkeep of suspended ceilings. Alongside this, we run a number of health and safety courses including our Work At Height training. With these, Browns Ladders has been safeguarding the wellbeing of our customers for the last twenty years.
