Press the remote control and watch the loft hatch open to reveal the concertina ladder drop down in a smooth, continuous movement enabling you to get in and out of the loft space with comfort and ease. Built with the same frame as the MiniFold, but with the added luxury of an electric motor. The Electric Loft Ladder also benefits from being fire rated to 30 minutes.
