Product Review: Little Giant Safety Steps

Available in three sizes, the Little Giant Safety Steps are ideal for reaching those heights that are just out of reach. From changing fittings to replacing smoke alarms and decorating, there are a number of jobs these nifty little step ladders are helpful for. Small and mighty

The smallest ladder in the range has just two treads, with a top tread height of 0.45m, while the largest in the range has four treads and a top tread height of 0.91m. And if you’re looking for something in between we’ve got the three-tread step ladder, which has a top tread height of 0.91m. Despite their size these step ladders can still hold a reasonable weight due to their tough compact construction. Their maximum workload capacity is 150kg – easily enough to cover you and the weight of your tools.

Of course, being so small in size, the step ladders weigh very little and are extremely easy to transport around. With the heaviest weighing 11.5kg and folding down to 1.42m, it’s light enough to carry around and fit in any standard van. Its tip and glide wheels are another great addition that add to its ease of transportation.
