Werner: Our chosen brand for world-class ladders

One thing we particularly love about Werner is their ability to innovate and rise above the competition with new and improved products. By combining research with their industry leading manufacturing processes they’ve come up trumps again, launching two fantastic and progressive new ladders that we’re delighted to add to our product line at Browns Ladders.
Innovative products coming soon
The first of these products, Extension Plus, is a cutting edge aluminium combination ladder that transforms from an extension ladder in three easy steps with a quick and easy sliding action. It can be transformed into a large stepladder, stairwell ladder and freestanding extension; and like all Werner products it puts safety at its forefront. It features a newly designed locking bar, which increases safety by holding the open ladder in place, and stiles that automatically click and lock into place. Thumb operated locking catches also prevent sections from separating when it’s in use, being transported or stored.
The second new product launched by the ladder experts is the Master Trade Stepladder. Its based on one of the brands traditional models but has been further refined for unbeatable performance. Its solid rivet construction and heavy gauge plastic edge caps ensure the final product is both durable and smooth and can stand up to everyday wear and tear. While intricate features, like the lower hinge design offer a compact footprint that enables users to get closer to their work.

In fact it’s not only us who value Youngman’s sturdy, safe products, Werner too see the quality in their product range – so much so that they bought out the manufacturer just this month! Werner chose to buy out Youngman because of their well-recognised tower and trade access products, which would no doubt further enhance Werner’s position in the construction and trade industry. This merger is an exciting announcement for Browns as it means we’ll have access to even more top-class products for our wide-ranging customer base to benefit from.
